Prepare a five-minute story about a joyful moment. Holidays, milestones, or just the regular ups and downs of life that bring you joy. Stories that are a little bit cringe, a little bit funny, or just good old-fashioned wholesomely joyful. We are excited to be drawn into the moment. 

HOW IT WORKS 

If you'd like to share a story during the event, let us know when you arrive. The hosts will choose up to 8 people to share with the audience. No notes allowed - just you, the mic, and friendly faces! 

If you're not sharing a story on the stage, that's ok too! We welcome listeners and learners in our audience. That said - your moments of joy are valuable, too. So, we'll be asking you to participate via a few writing prompts during the event. No need to prep, we'll have everything you need on the spot.
